Order Processing
We will process all orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
We only ship to designated regions. The estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, logistics surges and other uncontrollable factors.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is shipped. You can check the delivery status online at any time.
Customs & Taxes
All import duties, taxes and related clearance fees are borne by the buyer. We shall not be responsible for parcels detained by local customs.
Delivery Rules
Please fill in accurate and complete delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact or refusal to accept the parcel, shipping fees are non-refundable and reshipment is not available.
